Thread: North Carolina licenses

I read today on the Latino newspaper ( Que Pasa- Charlotte) ,that they are encouranging all illegals hat have a NC license to renew them asap before the new law takes effect and they won't be able to obtain their licenses, also are telling everyone to get a license if they don't have one using the ITN number or a passport with a valid Visa AKA over-stayers.
here New Jersey they do not issue licenses to any one with a Visa, no matter what kind, only to legal residents, or citizens after going thru a very estrict check up of their documents, so estrict that American born citizens have a hard time getting or renewing their licenses

Apparently in NC there is so kind of loophole that will allow them to get the licenses even after the law is passed, how are the DMV people going to verify their SS number.

and above all how ABOUT THE THOUSAND OF ILLEGALS THAT ARE CURRENTLY DRIVING AROUND NC WITH REAL LICENSES, WHILE THEY ARE NOT ENTLITED TO DO SO??

NC lawmakers need to wake up and be more agressive to protect the citizens of this beautiful State.
