It just finished up here. Thank goodness a lot more people will know now what happened.

I'm glad John made the comments he did at the end. Letting everyone know about the drug smuggler's lawsuit against the US should be the icing on the cake for everyone.

I hope this tips the scale for Compean and Ramos.

I don't know about any of you all, but when I read more and more about this story, I feel more enraged.

I hope we give the boot to this drug smuggler, and the agents get freed.

I'm so glad AMW showed that. The situation is so ridiculous. Here you have that low life scum, Davilla, who is an illegal and a drug smuggler, who is fired upon by two border patrol agents, and this idiot turns around and complains to the U.S. government!!!!! Now more people will know and hopefully do something about it.

let's face it johnny was just following orders from the attorney gen gonzales. gonzales was doing his job protecting 'his' people and 'his' country. being the US a.g. is just his day job because he was willing to do it for $3 / hr. when you pay poverty wages it's hard to get loyalty.

John Walsh: I think these Border Patrol Agents made an honest mistake. They picked up those shell casings and didn't think they shot this alleged drug dealer.
Well, you know what, they are paying the ultimate price - eleven years in jail.
Now this guy - this is what really bothers me - this alleged drug dealer, who was caught with a million dollars worth of pot, is suing the United States government - the United States taxpayer - you and I - for five million dollars.
Something is very wrong here and something needs to be done about it.
