“Jeffries said the Democrats have clear demands for reforming ICE's immigration operation: requiring agents to wear body cameras, to be unmasked during operations and to require judicial warrants before making any arrests.”

The demand for judicial warrants before arresting and taking into custody illegal entrant foreign nationals, would obviously slow deportations down to a trickle, which in turn keeps dangerous illegal entrant foreign nationals (rapists, murders, traffickers, armed robbers, etc.) on our streets and in our country.

Keep in mind that Hakeem Jeffries suspiciously ignores our existing rule of law, and especially expedited removal of illegal aliens authorized under Title 8 of the U.S. Code, specifically 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(1)

Hakeem also ignores:

8 U.S.C. § 1228: which authorizes a separate expedited process specifically for non-lawful permanent residents convicted of “aggravated felonies”.

And also ignores:

IIRIRA (1996): The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, which specifically created the modern expedited removal framework to streamline the deportation of arriving aliens who lack valid documents or commit fraud.

Hakeem Jeffries ought to start considering how the massive flood of illegal entrants into NYC has inflicted pain and suffering among NYC’s citizens, his constituents and their families.

Why is Jeffries so intent on making it difficult for ICE to carry out lawful arrests and deportations of the 10 – 20 million foreign nationals invited into our country under the Biden Administration, among which are hundreds of thousands of dangerous and criminally inspired types? Why?
