Amnesty and the primaries
At some point amnesty is going to come up this year in the legislature and clearly there is a lot of support for it with the Democrats in control.
One way we could get some pressure on the politicians is in the primary states. A lot of the people running for president are Senators or Members of the house. If the the other politicians see the public is concerned about this issue they will be less likely to do something stupid.
Anyone have any ideas how we could educate people in those states about what a disaster amnesty would be? Anyone from Iowa or New Hampshire?
