    I don't know how to vote on this one. It depends on the crime. If all the jerk did was steal a pack of cigarettes, why should we waste court time and money prosecuting him. On the other hand, if he committed a crime that could get him the death penalty, perhaps we should prosecute him. People who lose loved ones at the hands of some creep deserve to see justice done. So, what kind of crimes do you think we are talking about?

    they only extradited for felony cases. They would not waste the money for small stuff. We are probale talking murder, rape, buglary etc.
