Another Open Borders Goon Bites the Dust!

(This brief is long, but there is a snip at the bottom of this email that is interesting. Arrow down to see the snip)
Just thought I might remind you of who Ana Marie Patino is. She is the "attorney" in Laguna Beach who attacked me through the papers, teaming up with the editor of the Coastline Pilot, who printed her letters full of hateful ramblings.
At one time she wrote a letter to Coastline Pilot revealing the name, home address, and private phone number of a mother of newborn triplets who called the police on her maids when she suspected them of stealing a wallet. The maids were found to be illegal and deported. Ana Marie Patino took out her vengeance on this poor mother in a hate spewing, racist, threatening letter that the Coastline Pilot allowed to be published untouched!
Ana Marie Patino was also successful in getting bilingual educational books implemented in the Santa Ana school district. You can Google her name and find her work.
ANOTHER OPEN BORDERS GOON BITES THE DUST AND HOPEFULLY THROWN IN JAIL!
-snip-
Patino was charged in a six-count information with first degree robbery, false imprisonment, stalking with a restraining order in effect, first degree residential burglary, disobeying a court order, and battery. Believing that her arrest was the result of discriminatory law enforcement practices by the Laguna Beach Police Department, Patino filed a pretrial discovery motion pursuant to Brady v. Maryland (1963) 373 U.S. 83, Pitchess v. Superior Court (1974) 11 Cal.3d 531, and subdivision (b)(2) of Evidence Code section 1043, in which she asked the trial court to conduct an in camera review of the personnel records of four Laguna Beach police officers for any and all information alleging the officers had prepared false or misleading reports. In the motion, and also in Patino's declaration attached to the motion, she explained the discriminatory police practice was because of her political affiliations, her Mexican-American heritage, and her prior contact with Laguna Beach police officers. Specifically, Patino asked for all records and information "of all persons who have made [ ] complaints or allegations, alleging dishonesty, racial prejudice, discrimination, racial profiling, lying, fabrication of charges and/or evidence, perjury, false testimony, preparation of a false or misleading police report, inappropriate professional or political behavior, or other acts of moral turpitude that reflect on the officer's honesty or truthfulness . . . ."

What a drama queen.
How can she be the victim when she "pleaded guilty to one felony and one misdemeanor count of stalking pursuant to subdivision (a) of Penal Code section 646.9"?
Patino was sentenced to 3 years formal probation, credit for time served 133 days, and other terms and conditions of probation

Very exciting that she has been caught and seen publically for who she is.
