    Anti Illegal Graffiti

I was watching the channel 4 news cast in Miami and they showed a street sign that was altered. It was suppose to say Speeding fines doubled when workers present but workers was crossed out and it ended up saying Speeding fines doubled when Mexicans present. This happened in Northwest Miami Dade County. It is not the first time that a sign was defaced in that area. There was an anti illegal immigration billboard near the highway in that area and there was Save Our Hood added to it.
On the news cast they spoke to one of those bleeding heart lawyer and she was getting all kinds of letters which disagree with her view. She also had pictures of other defaced signs and graffiti but they did not show it close up.
In yesterdays Sun-Sentinel there was an article about an illegal family from Brazil. I posted that article yesterday. This afternoon I had the opprotunity to call the reporter. She told me that she has had calls all day regarding how these people and all illegals should be deported.

I seriously think that the increasing tension between both sides of the issue will result in a riot in Miami.

    Save Our Hood
    That's great!

    swat,

Sounds like Miami is heating up. Miami-Dade County is in our focus campaign.
The the immigrant advocacy group American Fraternity wants the Miami-Dade County Commission to declare the county a sanctuary.
I'd say that is causing the Americans to get a little upset!

They could at least check the drivers, a lot of them have NO driver license and even then drive their cars all around, especially their SUVs and pick-ups.
There are rumors that they want to turn Miami into a sanctuary town.

Minnie; It is well known that 1 in 17 drivers in Broward County don't have a driver's license or insurance. Miami-Dade County probably has an even higher rate.
There was an article in the Miami Herald regarding immigration advocates wanting it to become a sanctuary city. I put it on this website on the same day. There has been nothing in the local media since. I think that if we hear more about it, then I will try to get the county and municipal police departments together to fight it. Personally I don't think it will happen as there are many Cuban politicians and Cubans don't like many other Hispanics. They view some of them as ignorant peasants.

I put this in our Focus Campaign Area a few days ago.

Go over there and e-mail those Commissioners that think giving the county over to illegals is a good idea.

Most of them are not Cubans.
Cubans , try to get legalized, the others can't, so you see all latin America very well represented.
What make me mad also is the exibition of their flags on they cars, but neither one American flag.
Other thing that upset me is the police is always stopping African Americans to check but these people I don't understand how they don't get caught.

Minnie, I can't stand all those flags on vehicles either. I saw one vehicle the other day that had a South American flag as well as an American one. I can't really say which angers me more. I always thought that you can have loyalty to one country only.
I know that Carlos Alvarez is Cuban. Many school board members are also Cuban as this came out when they attempted to ban a book on Cuba. I can't say much about who is of South American backgroud in local politics.
As for police stopping African Americans, I can honestly tell you, it is because of cars that were either stolen or used in a robbery. Unless you have access to a police radio and hear it for yourself, you won't realize that. I live in North Miami in the Sky Lake area and am in Miami Dade's district 6 and I see it and hear it often. Another thing most people don't realize is that most police officers don't pull many cars over consistently as they are too busy responding to calls. Many tickets that are written are due to accidents. Only when you don't get alot of calls do you have time to pull people over and even then you need a good reason such as running a stop sign, expired tags, etc. Not all officers have radar or are certified to use it.

Yes,SUV's and pick-ups, they normaly work as handy man, plumbers etc..so they need these big cars .The price they charge... I assure you AN AMERICAN WOULD DO THE JOB.
About the police, I can understand, they must have a lot of work, but when a car is speeding I think they should be able to stop that car.
I live in Aventura, near the mall, and my children live in Hilland Lakes, so I'm always driving from my house to theirs.
The number of cars speeding , around this area is crazy.
Sometimes I get my celular to call the police but then I decide not to call because I don't know if they are going to do somethink. It seems that they have some order not to arrest these people...
On I-95 I get even afraid to drive they have no respect for the laws.
