Thousands Protest French Immigration Bill
From earlier this month but relevant nonetheless. How come all these immigrant groups worldwide can get protestors out in the streets by the thousands....and we can't do anything but email, fax, write letters, build fancy web sites, and preach to the converted?

Because our bosses would fire us for laying out of work. Being an Illegal is becoming more and more desirable to me with all the fringe benifits they get.

I think that maybe changing somewhat. However through history Conservatives tend to go to work, take care of their respective wives and families, take care of responsibilities and tend to trust in a Higher Power other than themselves. They tend not to wear their feelings on their shirt sleeve for the world to see. They tend to like balance and avoid conflict. It is a conservative belief and balance in life. It is not laziness or apathy.
On the other hand, when riled they take care of those things as well and try to get from point A to B as fast as possible with not much noise. They take care of business with as little insanity as possible.
The downside to that is sometimes they are slow to react to problems and slow to anger and get taken advantage of. Just observations.
I have your back but I think we are outnumbered.
