Arizona Dems sue GOP, Trump camp on voter intimidation

The Arizona Democratic Party is suing its GOP counterpart and Donald Trump’s presidential bid over what it says will be voter intimidation on Election Day, according to a new report.

The suit filed in federal court in Phoenix on Monday seeks an order blocking volunteer GOP poll watchers from harassing or photographing people at polling locations, The Associated Press said.

The claim says Arizona’s Republican Party is virtually an arm of Trump’s campaign that has been organizing “citizen journalists” and “poll watchers.”Such Republican supporters, it said, will flood Arizona’s minority-heavy polling sites and intimidate voters there come Nov. 8.

Arizona Democratic Party chairwoman Alexis Tameron says her organization is worried about “rogue actors” that will menace voters.

Arizona GOP spokesman Tim Sifert, meanwhile, countered his party is engaging in no such activities on Election Day.

Grand Canyon State Republicans, he added, do not send registered observers to silently monitor voting, though the practice is legal.

Recent polls show a tightening race between Clinton and Trump at both the national and state levels as their White House fight reaches its finish line.

Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, has repeatedly accused the election process and the media of being “rigged” in Clinton’s favor.

Arizona, for its part, is a reliably red state that has not gone to the Democrats in 10 presidential election cycles.

Clinton’s campaign sees an opportunity to turn the Grand Canyon state, blue, however, due to Trump’s struggles with Latino voters there.

Top Clinton surrogates such as first lady Michelle Obama have since campaigned extensively in Arizona, believing it is the best shot Democrats have at expanding the electoral map.

Clinton leads Trump by about 1 percent in Arizona, according to the latest RealClearPolitics average of polls there.

The Democratic presidential nominee enjoys a wider lead nationally, topping Trump by about 3 points in the same index.

    Oh poor Demowacks....

Trump supporters are in their way making it too difficult for them to cheat and commit massive voter fraud.

Trump supporters need to also roam the surrounding streets looking for parked Greyhound and school buses.

I'm sorry but Michelle Obama does not appeal to me in any way shape or form. She talks baby talk, all day, about silly frivolous things, nothing important comes out of her mouth concerning our nation's real problems or the actual struggles of the majority of Americans. If something has, please let me know. It's entirely possible I missed it and I wouldn't want to be wrong about that.
