Arresting the Criminals in the Government

Wouldn't it be possible to take a known felon guilty of making numerous border crossings and report him?

If the police failed to respond wouldn't they also be guilty of a crime of aiding and abetting?

Couldn't you then make a citizens arrest?

Wouldn't the case then go to a jury?

Or maybe it would be more effective if they all the criminals in government just go ahead a turn themselves in.

And the thing about my jokes is, they don't hurt anybody. You can take 'em or leave 'em - you can say they're funny or they're terrible or they're good, or whatever, but you can just pass 'em by. But with Congress, every time they make a joke, it's a law! And every time they make a law, it's a joke!

It would be more effective if Citizens got off their butts and voted the crime boss's out of Congress.

You sir are aiding and abetting felons!

You may want to consider turning yourself in!

We the people of California have passed laws. We have won at the polls. In return we have people Dictate to us just what we can and can not do

It is time for justice to prevail.

In fact I would say it is decades over due.

Man up Nancy and let a Jury decide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With what is happening in government many, many of them should be arrested out of office.

    Not voted out.

Sorry marineinspector. I shouldn't have made a personal attack like that.

I still stand on the fact that many arrest are long overdue. I would be willing to put that to a vote!

We have ellected government officials that have passed numerous laws that cover many different facets of stopping the invasion of illegal aliens.

It seems to me we have done all we can at the ballet box.

It is time for some kind of law enfoercement to step up to the plate.

Are we to endure several more decades of winning at the polls only to be hoodwinked by the criminals in government that don't play by their own rules?

Why don't they pass a constitutional amendment prohibiting anybody from learning anything? If it works as well as prohibition did, in five years Americans would be the smartest race of people on Earth.

You sir, have no clue what you’re talking about. Maybe you should do a little research about laws and how they apply to situations, you might not make a fool out of yourself.

BTW, resorting to name calling just proves beyond a doubt you've lost the debate.

At this point I believe we can just drop it and call it a draw.

CITIZEN'S ARREST - from Study Guide
A citizen's arrest is a formal arrest by a citizen has no official government authority to make such an arrest as an agent of the government. The California Penal Code gives any citizen the right to make a citizen's arrest of another citizen in three alternative situations:

    1. A public offense was committed or attempted in the citizen's presence.

    2. The person arrested has committed a felony, although not in the citizen's presence.

    3. A felony has been in fact committed and the citizen has reasonable cause for believing the person arrested has committed it.
