article claims Hispanic populatiion will "stabalize&quo
Response to Tampa Tribune article claiming Hispanic birth rate will "stabalize" U.S. Population;
The Tampa Tribune ran a front page article (August 20, 200
touting the Hispanic birthrate increase will "stabalize" the U.S. population count, as if that were a good thing. You could not be more WRONG! Your pro-immigration bias is showing again.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau increased immigration and the increased birthrate of those immigrants will OVERWHELM the legitimate American population making Citizens a minority by 2050 immigrants and their descendants will push total population over 390 MILLION! We already have pollution problems, infrastructure deficits and problems educating and supplying jobs at CURRENT population levels. Millions of poorly educated immigrants will only add to our gas, water, food and job shortages. Where are the environmentalists when you need them to protect our already overstressed environment and economy? Where is our American friendly media?
During the 60's when I was in school we were taught that overpopulation was one of our biggest problems the U.S. faced and were taught to restrict the number of children we would have in order to protect our future and our way of life, unfortunately according to your viewpoint our teachers must have been teaching us WRONGLY! To keep up with immigration we will have to increase our Citizen birthrate exponentialy to maintain American culture, or do you dislike American culture that has brought the world hope and freedom?
We still face all of the environmental and economic problems we faced then, plus 'global warming' (it was a coming 'Ice Age' back then) only much worse so why do you tout the Hispanic population as saving our dwindling population when in reality they are pushing us over the edge?Nonfeasance of office, the refusal to do that which should be done. Officials do not enforce the law, grounds for dismissal and prosecution for refusing to do what they were hired to do!

Yea...and to think mexico gets in a tizzy when Americans cross the border to simply buy their gas! They intervened real quick on that one, despite the fact we are host to some 20-30 million of their illegal invaders!Millions of poorly educated immigrants will only add to our gas, water, food and job shortages. Where are the environmentalists when you need them to protect our already overstressed environment and economy? Where is our American friendly media?

08-20-2008, 03:50 PM #4How would they like it if we deported all their people back to them plus we stopped how many of their people cold work here and shop here? No more best buy for them, no more walmart, no more going to pur emergency rooms for free healthcare, etc. IMAGINE THAT!!! Our government needs a back bone, this is ridiculous.
