I know of people from soth America, especially Colombia that for just $10 thoussand dollars can get a HB1 visa, with a Bogus carrer, such as a Doctor, etc
They are people taht will provide you with Diplomas, certifications and etc taht can be verified, but they are all fake , and they go to the US embassy and apply for visas and get it .
