Is drug money being used to stop the building of the fence?
I have been doing some research tonight on the web looking for answers as to who exactly is against the fence building and where the donations to those groups are coming from. I had an interesting thought this morning, building a fence across the whole southern border would severely cripple the cartels ability to bring drugs into the USA, they would be the ones with the most to lose if a fence were built, and plenty of money to fight to stop it. I would like to see who the politicians and activist groups are who are opposing the fence building, and see if any money can be traced back across the border.

LaRaza, MALDEF, LULAC, and any of other groups who only seen to think the hispanic people are important.
Big Corporations with big lobbying power and monies also are in on it because the big corps all want cheap foreign labor to make the profit margin look better.
Mexico itself does not want the border fence because its people wont be able to get in, steal jobs and send the BILLIONS and BILLIONS of dollars back to the families of those who have come north. Its the second most money into the economy in mexico, behind oil or tourism, depending on what report you read

I know there are those who want it stopped for work and all the money that is being sent south, but I am talking of a more insidious reason. I wonder if there are any American politicians being paid off by drug money for their opposition to the fence. Are any activist or lobbyist funded by drug cartels.
