    Make illegal immigration a felony

Dear Senators Burr & Dole and all North Carolina Congressional representatives,

There is no excuse to not pass the immigration law which will get rid of illegal immigrants. I personally have lost jobs to illegal immigrants in my career as a professional pianist, composer and recording artist. I played five shows a night, six nights a week for over 35 years, 25 of them in New Orleans. When I went to teaching piano full time in 1985 and still playing about 20-25 single jobs a year, I continued to lose work to illegal immigrants who would play for any amount since they didn't pay taxes or AFM union dues.

It is unconscionable to continue to let them get away with it. Making it a felony for the laborer as well as the employer seems a very good idea as it is the employer who needs to be held responsible. If the employer would not hire them, they would not continue to burn up the welfare and social services without paying anything for them.

Please, vote YES for the new immigration law.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Fritz
    North Carolina

Hey there, Fritz. Welcome to ALIPAC.

I believe you'll find several people who have lost jobs to illegals here.

Burr and Dole - don't count on either of them to help out us Tarheels. They're so disconnected in their gated communities, they don't seem to care at all.

I still think illegals held in county jails all over should be bussed to Capital Hill.

    illegal immigrants

    Thanks for the welcome.

Please remember that throughout our history, even the most drab, do nothing Senators and Representatives have been know to respond to a very large constituency telling them to vote a certain way. It really does work.

    I Hear You!

That's what the Sensenbrener Bill is about. It's time to quick monkeying around with the millions of illegal immigrants running around the U.S. It's been almost five years since the 9/11 attacks and nothing has been done to secure our borders. Untracked persons continue to go back and forth, carrying out their own agendas, whatever they may be. Most of them are here to earn money to send back home to Mexico! Twenty BILLION dollars are sent there every year. That total doesn't include the amount illegal immigrants spend here in the U.S. This money should have been earned by American workers and taxed by governments -- local, state, and Federal.

How many of these persons crossing into America are criminals and, even worse - terrorists! It's high time we found out and put an end to it.

We don't know WHO they are...we don't know WHERE they are...we don't know WHAT they're doing here...I'm quoting vice dunce Cheney...

Last Wednesday evening a DPS trooper stopped a pickup for a traffic violation. The two men inside opened fire on him..shot him once in the neck and once in the arm and numerous times into his body armor. The attackers escaped and drove east at a high rate of speed very soon having an accident with a car occupied by a young couple. Their truck turned over.

They were in a residential neighborhood at the eastern edge of town by this time. More officers arrived on the scene..over 100 rounds were fired by the men and the officers. Both men were wounded and finally captured.
Each of the men had a hand gun and a rifle and both were wearing body armor. They were ILLEGALS...the police are still trying to figure out what mischief they intended to get up to rigged out like that.

This happened about two miles from where I live.

PLEASE Mr. Bush...send us some MORE illegals...we NEED incidents like this EVERY evening.

Felonizing those who are doing smuggling of illegals and hiring them makes sense. Felonizing your average illegal does not as it is an invitation to go to a court case and appeal. What we should have is a law which gives a fast heave ho to border crossers and visa overstayers.

Those who do not have money will drain our public defender system those who can get money will be an enrichment to the immigration lawyers.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Very interesting, on another board I read less than half an hour ago that Fritz thinks we, the ALIPAC members, have "too much time on our hands." Now he claims that he wants to make illegal aliens felons.

So, I wonder just exactly which side of this illegal alien fence Fritz is actually on.
