    Bad Guys are Celebrating

    Bad Guys are Celebrating

STEM is bad news for all educated Americans.
The Senate removed the cap on STEM visa card holders. The following skills will be handed over to India, employers will exclude all Americans with these skills:

This means unlimited job destruction, on American soil, favorable to India.
Americans who are to be fired from "STEM" jobs will be unable to go blue collar - those [blue collar jobs] employers will hire only amnesty recipients, illegals awaiting amnesty, and illegals who choose to remain illegal.

Foreign nationals are arrogantly petitioning what they consider to be "their" elected representatives, even though they are foreign nationals. They credit the immigration voice website with influencing their senators.

IMMIGRATION VOICE HAS DELIVERED, NOW IT’S YOUR TURN.

Senator Arlen Specter bill is accepted in Senate, some of the provisions are

    1. Lets everyone file 485, if their labor is approved even if their priority date is not current.

    2. Remove the hard limit on countries so that over-subscribed countries like India and China are allowed to use visa numbers that ARE NOT USED by other countries with low number of applicants.

    3. STEM applicants would be allowed to be exempt from cap even if they have not been working in exactly the same discipline as their STEM master’s degree. This will be a huge relief for many in EB3 and majority of EB2 applicants as they would become exempt from cap.

Friends, Immigration Voice (http://immigrationvoice.org/index.php) has delivered what it promised.

This achieves the goal of IV, for the time being as far as Senate proceedings go. There is a lot more to do, as the House-Senate conference proceedings are going to be on final consequence to this bill. We have our work cut out in front of us.

We need more volunteers and funding to further our cause.

Please join Immigration Voice and contribute.

Can't you spare few dollars for an effort that is going to change your life forever in the US ?

Just to remind everyone, I-485 ability to file when PD is not current has been added into the bill...

Lets unite to fight for the successfuul conference with the House.

    I-485 - AD? - who knows, in 2015?
This is the website they use to influence (what they consider) their elected officials:

Obviously the Senate represents FOREIGN NATIONALS (as well as the CFR and the Illuminati)
    to the detriment of Americans.

You have no right to call them "bad guys!"
They have no right to petition the Congress, they aren't voters or citizens.

What part of "We don't owe our jobs to India" are you unable to understand, Senator?

Well...I'll give them the heads up....least I can do for them.

Coto, is there another thread where this started? I must have missed it. If so, could you post the link?

    Thanks.

SUBVERSIVE Bad Guys Workin' the Congress

Judy, the bad guys' link is this:
    http://www.immigrationportal.com/showth ... p?t=214449
Sorry, I failed to use UBB code when I posted it.

[color=darkred]The bad guys are vehemently opposed to this: [/colorSenator Bingaman then offered amendment #3981. He explained that his amendment would reduce the cap on the guest worker program from 325,000 to 200,000 and also eliminate the automatic escalator provision if the cap is reached. He compared the guest worker formula found in S.2611 to compound interest, but instead called it "compound immigration." He displayed a chart showing that if the bill were passed as originally drafted, skyrocketing numbers of guest workers would enter the U.S. over a relatively short span of six years. On top of this, he said, the guest worker provision has no sunset so the increase goes on indefinitely. [/quote
This link is an example of how the bad guys do their dirty work.

They are foreign nationals, yet they petition the congress and senate. The senate obeys them because the senate is subservient to FOREIGN INTEREST (i.e. the CFR) not Americans.

They are working every agenda item that goes before the congress and senate (at this website):
