I can dig a well, build a quality home myself.
How are they about lending on unimproved raw 'land'?

This is why I hate the bank bailout, our tax dollars are supporting programs like this! They should have instead just let these anti-American banks go out of business.

I think that the banks should be using E-Verify for mortgage loans and credit applications.

Non US citizens can get loans but they can't use a stolen or false identity.
