Banks are allowing illegal aliens to purchase homes.

I recently found out that illegal aliens are able to buy a house here in the U.S. and gain a foothold because many banks now accept the Matricular Consular. I'm not sure what this is, but I heard that it's illegal for banks to do this.

How can banks get away with this, and what can we possibly do to put a stop to it?

I'll find the number for the Federal Reserve. They have Fair Lending Laws regarding bank funds. Also, it is most probable that the banks tied into a HUD or FHA or Fannie Mae type loan, and I know for a FACT that HUD and FHA are restricted to American Citizens by law and I believe Fannie Mae and any mortgage loan through a bank would need a social security number. Otherwise, it is a loan to a foreigner and would fall into some other type of lending category. Foreigners can buy property and if they have the credit borrow money from American Banks, they just can't use these low income assistance programs that are restricted to American Citizens.

There are huge investigations in play now for loan fraud on HUD and FHA Loans. Most illegals are trying to tap into these programs restricted to American Citizens.

    So what else is new?

Fedup welcome to the club....I have known about this for years. A fellow co-worker is married to a girl from Mexico. She came here on a legal visa to study English. She met him and married. SHE works for a mortgage company in Denver. Before, she worked for a different mortgage company and he told me that she always told him that they were giving loans to illegals right and left. People wake up! I watch Spanish television and they are buidling a community within the communtiy through the Spanish language.

Free public education, medical services, SBA loans to start a business, I hear a Social Security office is going to open in Mexico City? Get it? There is only a small border patrol to keep a legal system in place so they will use IMMIGRATION LAWYERS! $$$$$$$$$$$ $45 billion is going back to Latin America every year now! Our wealth! We have a border that is not totally open but the cracks are everywhere? Minutemen? Heck, they come in with tourist visas and never go home.

This is old news but glad you are fedup! I am too!

All this going on behind our backs with American tax dollars and American tax payer guaranteed loan programs. Get me a Pail.....I need to Puke.

This Government is out of control....without a mind.....or a conscience.....at every single level.

    It's corrupt and criminal.

No wonder the National Debt is OUT OF CONTROL!! You can't break this many laws with American tax money and still balance the books at the end of the year.

I have just done a google search typing in the keywords "matricular consular banks illegal criminal" and came up with a wealth of information. Here is one of the first ones I found.

    http://fileus.com/dept/id/matricula/...-02-12-04.html

What we need to do is to find out how to have these banks prosecuted for criminal activity.

By the way, I noticed it's matricula and not matricular with an "r" at the end, but the results in google are still the same.

    La Raza Corporate Supporters

Banks accepting the "matricula consular" is, of course, an issue of concern.

I am much more concerned, however, about those who are FUNDING (financing) La Raza and Mecha.

One of the Raza's main slogans is the following:

Por La Raza todo. - For those of the race, everything.
Fuera de La Raza nada. - For those outside the race, nothing.

Because of their charter and activities La Raza is largely viewed as a RACIST and NATIONALIST entity.

On their listing you will see both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac among those providing FUNDING for La Raza. If they are providing the funding, I am not really surprised to find out they are also providing loans to their members ...

Go to their homepage, where they have published a listing of all companies and organizations FUNDING La Raza:

    http://www.nclr.org/section/about/funding

Could someone tell me, what U. S. government entitites are doing on this list?

We get the illegals deported, and a lot of banks are gonna find themselves holding a lot of property they had to foreclose on.

Having seen firsthand what most of these people DO to a piece of property... it iwill be worth half as much when the banks come into posssession after foreclosure. The bankers will lose their asses. Could not happen to nicer guys.
