    Banned for trying...

I have been banned for trying to inform the residents of the Central Valley of California about the affects of illegal aliens and anchor babies on our communities. As you know, the city of Fresno is on the list of sanctuary cities and the news media fully supports it.

What I really don't understand is why ICE isn't in our city. It seems someone in the government is being paid off by the business here in the Valley. I do inspections of business, and one of the most common thing to hear is that the employees DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. Here's some news about our area-

Most Valley schools still rank low

Most central San Joaquin Valley schools fare among the worst in California in the latest rankings from the state Department of Education.

The numbers released Wednesday reflect a pattern of poor performance among Valley schools that has been evident since 1999, when the rankings were first made.

The rankings are part of a high-stakes academic accountability program. Two lists are released every spring. One compares schools across the state. The other compares schools with similar demographics, such as poverty and number of students learning English. Schools are ranked from 1 through 10, with 10 being the highest.

The rankings are based on Academic Performance Index scores released in August. Scores are calculated using state exams that students take annually.

    Some highlights:

*Fresno Unified School District. About 81% of schools ranked in the bottom half statewide. But one of its middle schools, Edison Computech, ranked 10 in both the statewide and similar-school comparisons. The district had 18 schools that ranked a 1 on both statewide and similar-school rankings, down from 21 last year.

*Clovis Unified School District. About 95% of Clovis Unified schools ranked in the top half of schools statewide. Five schools ranked a 10 on both the statewide and similar-schools rankings. Still, the district will look at similar schools that ranked higher and "drill a little deeper" to see how they have achieved success, spokeswoman Kelly Avants said.

*Central Unified School District. About 73% of schools ranked in the bottom half of schools statewide. Four schools ranked a 6 or better on statewide comparisons, but none ranked favorably when compared with similar schools.

*Visalia Unified School District. About 73% of schools ranked in the bottom half of schools statewide. But the schools continue to make progress, district officials said. Goshen Elementary -- once classified as a program-improvement school in need of extra intervention -- had a rank of 9 when compared with schools with similar demographics, up one ranking spot from last year. Oak Grove Elementary ranked a 9 in statewide comparisons and 10 in the similar-school ranking.

*Madera Unified School District. About 86% of schools ranked in the bottom half of schools statewide. Still, Madera Unified spokesman Jake Bragonier said officials are encouraged that only three schools had a rank of 1 or 2 statewide, compared with nine schools last year. "We're not jumping up and down and ready to hold a parade, but we are making progress," Bragonier said.

Don't know what you wrote but can you send a protest letter to ABC OTV KFSN?

Most liberal, pro-illegal boards ban you when they discover you are pro-ICE, anti-Amnesty and talk about the problems and expenses of illegal immigrants. This attitude is really strong in California which I almost which would rejoin Mexico -- it is half-way there already.

It is the sort of state that if sank into the Pacific it would never be missed -- by the way the same in true of Massachusetts.

I believe that would be the same as the chickens complaining to the fox. All of our news media in the area support the illegals who are the reason why we have a high rate of -

    crime
    gangs
    pregnant teens
    student failures and dropouts
    drunks
    unlicensed/unregistered/uninsured drivers
    hit and run accidents
    meth labs
    social program frauds and abusers
    overcrowded schools and prisons
    drive-by shootings
    so-called poverty
    dilapidated neighborhoods

and people who can't and won't speak English

I would like to add that the anchor babies are responsible for the majority of the above problems. And where do these anchor babies come from?

Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas would have to also follow us into the ocean.
