    Great article zeezil.

To add additional support--the words of the Mexican president:

In his state of the union address to the Mexican nation, Calderon established his imperialistic imperatives: "I have said that Mexico does not stop at its border, that wherever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico. And, for this reason, the government action on behalf of our countrymen is guided by principles, for the defense and protection of their rights."

Carry the battle to them. Don't let them bring it to you. Put them on the defensive and don't ever apologize for anything.â€

That is great Zeezil, I like the way he explained it, and maybe easier for some to understand the meaning of the 14th amendmant.

This is where Calderon is really screwing up...."where there is a Mexican there is Mexico", He is keeping even some (not all) hispanic's here from giving their allegance completely to the United States.

He has definitly gotten involved in protecting his citizens civil rights, so why should their children be citizens? They should not, they should be citizens of their parents country, especially because they were not even approved to enter our country.

If a child is born on foreign soil------and the child's parents are both US citizens-----the child is given US citizenship------because the parents are "under the jurisdiction" of the US!!

Yes, and the child sure as heck is not given citizenship of the foreign country!

If the parents are legal residents of the foreign country, the child is given citizenship in most cases. Operative word is LEGAL.
