I think that flag is one of those "OPEN" or "WELCOME" flags, the green is supposed to be on top on the Mexican flag. I didn't even look for this I stumbled across it as usual. I wonder how many of these there are out there!

Isent it a crime to fly a flag higher then the US flag in this country?

I dont know if it is an actual crime or not but it is wrong.

I'm not "positive" about the details but we do have a protocol and I believe certain law that dictates how Old Glory is flown.
