2. The writers of the Constitution gave federal judges job security because they wanted judges to be able to decide cases free from public or political pressures.

3. Federal judges know their jobs are safe even if they make unpopular decisions.

4. They can only be removed by impeachment.

Don't worry. You can always appeal to the US Court of Appeals and then on to the US Supreme Court if you don't like the federal judge or Court of Appeals Decision. Doesn't mean you'll win. Doesn't mean you're right. It means you have 2 more shots at whatever you believe is right before it's .... over.

Best bet is to live your life and conduct your business according to law and avoid the whole court system if possible. Sometimes it's not, and I understand that more than most. I've had to file suit, and I've had to appeal. I changed court precedent in Texas because I won a lawsuit that was appealed, I met the, at the Court of Appeals and won half of the case, there, on several points, which changed forever the laws in Texas. People in my profession tell me "you're the legend we all strive to be." The decision in my case protected all brokers on this point of law.

When I'm down and out and feeling poor and lonely, I look back on those big stake battles, and say to myself, "it was worth every penny."

Several years later, I had to file another lawsuit. In these cases you are forced to a mediation process before trial. Usually the mediators are in bed with the lawyers representing the large corporations. In this lawsuit I had to file, we had the mediation and the mediator was crooked as a 3 dollar bill. I refuse dto settle and te comes up to me and says, "You'll win your case, no doubt about that, but they'll appeal and the Court of Appeals is all Republicans, so you'll lose in the end." I looked straight at him and said, "I'm a Republican." and walked out.

I won the case at a jury trial, and there was no appeal, probably because they checked the records and saw I had won at the Court of Appeals several years earlier. Whatever it was, another defeat of the crooked globalists.

The current crop have forgotten this part because a large number are activist Judges that are legislating from the bench based on their political beliefs. I can think of one in particular in Arizona And, I don't need a civics lesson.
