Last February, Mr. Obama assumed complete control of the 2010 Census in sharp violation of Article 1, Section 2, of the Constitution.




That raises a question:

This is clearly an illegal act on his part. So, wouldn't that fact open the door to all kinds of legal challenges from within the government structure itself when states are unfairly losing seats and funding?

And with ACORN involved.....oh brother

I would just imagine that some huge legal quagmire is on the horizon if he's able to go through with this.

Questions beget more questions, azwreath. As well, why won't any one challenge the imposter on this?
