Thread: Illegal students await immigration plans

If the immigration bill passes as is, children that were brought here
illegally as late as January of this year and were brought here when
they were under fifteen will be given a fast, three year track to earning
legal resident status and a green card if they enroll in a college or the
military. They can apply for this up to the age of 30. I think this is
way to generous. If a illegal is still here after they reach a legal age
of 18 or 21, they are responsible for being in the U.S. illegally the
same as their parents. Any child that has come over the border
with their parents recently is not intregrated in the U.S. culture
and should be deported with their parents.

Some illegals are allready in college and awaiting the results of the
immigration bill.

Where does it end? They need to use their education they have acquired and go to their home country and make changes their. Lots of students are exchange students, volunteer for ministry or missions and these young people should be no different.

They and their parents have profitted and stolen from America and Americans, they need to learn to say "thank you America," and stop justifying their law breaking or the fact that they have gotten something good from their bad, and return home.

I suppose these children are going to do the jobs that americans won't do. No they will trying to run the federal government so that they can ensure that the southwest goes to Mexico and that we have higher taxes to pay for the benefits for more illegals.

You know, as I read all these posts, I think how much more simple things would be if we had a President and Congress, that instead of getting on tv making excuses for illegals, would make firm announcements that as a country we just were not going to tolerate people coming into our country uninvited, and that they would punished if caught. I think there would be a world of difference. All our President and Congress has done, is emboldened the illegals to make more demands.
