Received the following email today from the centers of immigration studies regarding births to immigrants. Should have some interesting data when they release the report next week.

BIRTHS TO IMMIGRANTS AT ALL-TIME HIGH
New Study Finds Large Share of Births Are to Illegal Aliens

WASHINGTON -- While many advocates of high immigration argue that today's immigration is no different from the previous great wave a century ago, the data tell a different story.

A new analysis of birth records from the Center for Immigration Studies shows that immigrants (legal & illegal) accounted for a larger share of births in 2002 than in 1910, during the peak of the last great wave of immigration. The children born to immigrants are arguably the most important long-term legacy of immigration and are a key measure of its magnitude. The new report provides detailed information on births to immigrants for every state and many counties, including estimates for births to illegal aliens.

The study, entitled ''Births to Immigrants in America, 1970 to 2002,'' is embargoed until Thursday, July 7, at 10 a.m. EDT. Advance copies are available to the media. On the release date, the entire study will be available on line at www.cis.org.

The Center will formally release the report at a press conference on Thursday, July 7, at 10 a.m. at the Center's Washington, D.C., office at 1522 K Street N.W.

No doubt a bumper crop of staggering proportion.

Hispanic-American immigrant women have been averaging about 4 babies per woman over the last 30 years. To give you a general idea of what kind of an effect that will have, consider these general numbers (don't take these numbers completely literally, because there are a lot of variables, but this is basically The Problem that we now face, and will probably face for the rest of U.S. history):

Consider the 30 million immigrants that came flooding into America over just the last ten years. If these immigrants are averaging 4 babies per woman, they are doubling their numbers every generation. So in one generation they've doubled their poplulation to 60 million. In just two generations they're up to 120 million. In just three generations they're up to 240 million. And (big drum roll) in just four generations they're up to HALF A BILLION!!!!!

P.S. If anyone wants a good laugh, I suggest you check out the thread "A Few Questions to All the Members Here From an Observer" where this Roberto genius explains to us, in his own inimitable fashion, that our exploding population growth is actually "improving our quality of life." You might not have realized that. I think scientists summed it up best when they said: "Unrestrained, never-ending growth is the sign of cancer, not a healthy organism."

Illegal Aliens (particularly mexicans/latinos) can't pump out babies fast enough. It's such a great achievement for Hispanics as the newspapers continue to extol and commend ---any bunch of animals can do it. They know what they are doing quite well.

Mexico loves its sloppy mess and Americans should clean it up for them.

As with any overpopulation (deer, etc.) nature (water,disease,etc.) will find a disaster or way to lay waiste to many to bring the population down.


As well the continuing drum about Hispanic stats and influence pronounces their racist agenda. Hey, Pew Hispanic Center and media, I want the latest stats an hot trends on the Whiteys, Blacks, Asians, Indians, etc. Why, we should be politically correct and diverse now -- better not leave anybody out.........

Every time this type of statistic categorization comes out, it simply perpetuates racism --- where is the color-blind society we are supposed to be moving toward??

Speaking of the American population exploding out of control: We've been adding 3 million new people to the U.S. population every year, almost entirely because of recent immigrants and their endless offspring. Does anybody out there happen to know where the 3 million NEW HOMES per year are?
