REASONS WHY THIS BILL MUST BE KILLED TO SAVE AMERICA!!!

>>>S. 1639 is a pure AMNESTY BILL—it does not follow existing immigration law & neither the President, nor Congress has the right to create new law, i.e. fines, proficiency in English or any other small hoop for illegal aliens to jump through to gain legal status & circumvent existing law. Amnesty is given to employers who have broken the law, too. This is a cynical ploy on behalf of the President and many in the Senate.


>>> Loopholes in border & national security provisions:

Anyone with a computer to create false documents can get amnesty.

Amnesty is granted before security is in place

Requires only a 24 hour background check and if it is not completed in this time frame, amnesty is still granted.

Any laws which may have been broken in the mother country are not identified. We could be legalizing terrorists, murders, thiefs, etc…

No health checks are required.

No ‘exit’ tracking system for visitors or visa holders.

>>> The cost to American taxpayers to the amnestied low-skilled workers and their families will be at least 2.5 trillion dollars in entitlements: food stamps, healthcare, subsidized housing, etc…This does not include unemployment benefits if the economy tanks or the money for infra-structure necessary to accommodate illegal aliens and their families.

>>> Dream Act: In-state tuition for illegals and other freebies and plenty of entitlements and loopholes for college educations.

>>> The 20 million, predominantly disadvantaged illegal aliens will qualify for race preferences and privileges most Americans can not qualify for and this is patently unfair.

>>> Legal immigration is doubled under this bill to 3 million per year in addition to the guest worker programs. We are looking at massive over-population and depletion of natural resources in our children & grandchildren's future.
