Thread: Hidalgo, TX: Your taxes being spent on...

Kids in HS in Hidalgo TX, who don't speak English very well, and are at risk of dropping out are being allowed to take courses by computer from schools in Mexico and they get their diploma from the Mexican school....all at taxpayer expense. Was on Tucker Carlson just now. Tucker asked "why not spend those precious resources on teaching them English?" Guest (Principal) said they do teach English but they are trying to keep them from dropping out or having to get a GED.
Tucker asked why we don't let kids get Chinese diplomas or German diplomas, etc....why only the Mexicans? Principal said again it is to keep these at risk kids in school.He closed with "if they can graduate, they can offer this economy more with the diploma"

Well to keep them from dropping out of society because they may not be successful doctors and surgeons let's just give them free degrees too! Ask and you shall receive...now isn't that better. How about a big group ((hug))?
