    BORDER PATROL CHECKPOINTS-ARE THEY LEGAL?

    These videos were posted on another forum claiming these checkpoints are illegal. I would appreicate any comments regarding the videos. I know they are not illegal but why do the agents appear to be intimidated by the guy that was stopped?
