    BTA Readies for D.C. Conference
    TRAITORS HOLD CONFERENCE

*All of these people will be discussing how to have a "Free Flow" of "Trusted Travelers" along our International Borders.
My question is why do we need a member of the Mexican Embassy to attend these meetings? Unless, of course, it has to do with the North American Union and the Western Hemisphere.

    BTA readies for D.C. Conference

Secretary Mary Peters of the U.S. Department of Transportation, a White House Cabinet member, will be a featured speaker at the Border Trade Alliance’s 2007 International Conference "Balancing Security, Commerce and the Flow of People at our International Borders," held in the L’Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington D.C. on February 28 & March 1.

The two-day event will begin with a breakfast presentation on Capitol Hill and focus on the development and security of border infrastructure at ports of entry, covering the challenges of providing for increased commerce in a period of heightened security measures.

Other confirmed speakers and panelists include:

.John Cornyn, U.S. Senator from Texas
    .David Winstead, GSA Commissioner
.David Bohigian, Asst. Sec. of Commerce for Market Access and Compliance
.Robert Mocny, US-VISIT Acting Deputy Director
.Kathy Kraninger, DHS Director of the Office of Screening Coordination
.Derwood Staeben, DOS Senior Advisor on WHTI
.Angelo Amador, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Director of Immigration Policy
.Chad Foster, Mayor of Eagle Pass, Texas
.Margie Emmermann, Director of Arizona Office of Tourism
    .Sarah Hubbard, the BESTT Coalition
.Jill Hochman, FHWA Director of Interstate and Border Planning
    .Dan Darrach, DOS Border Coordinator
.José M. García, Embassy of Mexico
.Audrey Adams, CBP Deputy Assistant Commissioner for International Affairs

Topics during the conference include Federal Coordination of Border Issues, WHTI issues of technology and immigration, Infrastructure, Trade Security Facilitation, and SBInet.

Many of these people are pro-open borders, how do you have a discussion if only one side is presented. Is this another issue where the Mexican government is going to tell the US how to think.

I just e-mailed sen. Cornyn and told him the American people do not want any thing to do with SPP/North American Union, We do not want free flow of people from a third world country, we do not want inexperienced truck drivers on our highways to kill citizens of this country.
We are sick of our government trying to sneak this kind of thing past the American people.
2008 is not that far away and at this time I see no difference in either party, you are all acting against and not listening to the will of the U.S. citizens. Eventually it will catch up with all of you, because the people are fed up!!!!!

Another 'incremental' step in implementing the NAU. If we don't ralley by the hundreds of thousands very soon, we can kiss this great nation good bye.

They have a huge stake in the North American Union.
Open borders with Mexico and Canada is what they want. Also Mexican and Chinese customs facilities will be placed throughout states like Kansas, for 1.
