Welcome Icestorm. Latino activists groups had nothing to do with Lou leaving, it was his coverage on the "birthers" and Obama's birth certificate that caused the friction and he decided to leave.
Lou's been reporting on the damage illegal immigration does for years and those "activists" who profit from IA's hate him.
It's way to late for Americans to fall back asleep, we know the damage caused by illegal immigration and putting lipstick on a pig (giving them legal status) won't change it. By the way, I searched the tv cable news ratings and CNN is now in last place. The FOX News viewership is far higher than MSNBC, CNN, CNBC and any others combined.
The loss of Dobbs to CNN will just further weaken CNN's position... maybe they will disappear.

Here in my home we stopped watching CNN back when they had their love fest with Bill "depends on what your definition of is, is" Clinton.
Except to watch Lou when I could remember it was time for his show.
