    Authorities hope the wall will create an obstacle for smugglers who try to cross the border without passing through check points on the bridge.
    What a drastic, draconian way to be neighborly. What an odd idea, building a fence to make people pass through check points. I bet Paraguay is going to be angry with Brazil!

    I did read the article. I find it interesting however that we are the only country on the planet who seems to not be allowed to build a fence and protect our borders.
