BREAKING: Democrat Nightmare — SC’s Trey Gowdy, the “Benghazi Bulldog”, Named to Lead Special Investigative Panel

“I have evidence that not only are they hiding it but there’s an intent to hide it. I can’t disclose that evidence yet, but I have evidence that there was a systematic intentional decision to with hold certain documents from Congress, and we’re just sick of it. So we’re going to get him to come explain why we’re getting documents 20 months late.”

That’s what South Carolina Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy told Fox News about the unraveling conspiracy surrounding the Benghazi bungle. Now Gowdy, a former prosecutor, will have the chance to bring that evidence forward. He’s been named to head the Select Committee to investigate – and expose the mountain of lies about – the attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.

The full House must still vote to set up the special investigative panel, but the Republican majority is certain to do so. It appears the “Benghazi Bulldog” is about to be unleashed.

Trey Gowdy is not really a Democrats nightmare. He supports amnesty for illegal aliens and tried to sneak amnesty fro them into the military funding bill. That means he works for the same elites as the Democrats and is only playing the role of faux antagonist right now.

I hope Trey Gowdy is way more effective than Darrell Issa, his hearings on Benghazi were a joke.

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), who has been chosen to chair the select committee on Benghazi, went “On The Record tonight.
When asked what he would say to Democrats like Rep. Adam Schiff who oppose the committee, Gowdy said, “At least let the process have a chance to work before you declare it null and void.”
Gowdy said the committee will lay out all the facts and evidence, and then a jury will come to a decision. He said he hopes for a reasonable, fair-minded jury.
The South Carolina congressman told Greta Van Susteren that witnesses have come forward and shared that there was a systematic effort to keep certain documents under wraps. He also said there is a lot of over-classification of documents to protect people’s careers.
“I’m not interested in summaries, I’m not interested in synopses, I’m interested in access to the document and the witness, and I’ll decide whether or not I think the appropriate questions were asked in the past,” he said.
“There are certain things in our culture that have to transcend politics. And I don’t mean to sound naive, but the murder of four fellow Americans and an attack on a facility that is emblematic of our country should transcend politics, and I know our fellow citizens can handle the truth, but only if they get access to it,” he said.

Why was a Suspected Muslim Brotherhood Spy Copied on the Benghazi ‘Smoking Gun’ E-mail?

The Obama Administration was recently caught red-handed trying to push false motives for the Benghazi terrorist attack of September 11th, 2012 – just months prior to that year’s presidential election.
Last month, Judicial Watch obtained a copy of a now- infamous e-mail sent by then-White House Deputy Strategic Communications Adviser Ben Rhodes to various top Obama Administration <acronym title="Google Page Ranking"><acronym title="Google Page Ranking">PR</acronym></acronym> flacks.



The e-mail was part of a series of talking points for administration officials to use when talking about the Benghazi attack. In the email, it instructs Rice not to imply that (the attack) was not reflective of a “broader failure of policy.”
Another one of the key talking points Rice used on the Sunday talkshow circuit following her briefing was to blame the terrorist attack on a non-existent protest of a YouTube video that insulted Muhammad, the prophet of Islam.
Interestingly, one of the recipients of the e-mail to Rice was a Mehdi K. Alhassani. According to Shoebat.com, Alhassani is an alleged Muslim Brotherhood spy. Alhassani is the Special Assistant to the Office of the Chief of Staff, National Security Council Staff, and the Executive Office of the President.
Alhassani was president of the Muslim Student Association which is an alleged Muslim Brotherhood front organization.
The question is, how did Alhassani slip through the cracks to find himself in such a position of influence? It is the Muslim Brotherhood’s stated goal to infiltrate and influence the United States and to subvert it from within. Alhassani is part of an exclusive club on this list, which includes Dan Pfeiffer, Jay Carney, and David Plouffe.
Both the Muslim Brotherhood and the Obama Administration wanted to blame the Benghazi attack on a YouTube video, although for seemingly different reasons.
The Obama Administration wanted the video blamed so they can avoid tough questioning about its foreign policy before the election. The Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist groups wanted the video blamed so they can attack free speech and ban criticism of Islam in Western countries.
The White House was pushing what Islamist terrorist groups would see as desirable disinformation about what caused the Benghazi attack. Why it would send Susan Rice out to push such disinformation is a question the Benghazi select committee should attempt to answer.
