    Trump hasn't, and can't FIRE any federal employee

    because he isn't president yet.
    NO AMNESTY

    Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

    Yep, but we all know she's a goner when Trump gets into office. Sen. Session is a fantastic choice. However, he will be missed by us in the U.S. Senate. He should have a huge positive impact for us over the next 4-8 years.

    The members of the outgoing administration always resign and are replaced by the incoming administration.
    That's how it's always done.

    Trump appointing Jeff Sessions for the US Attorney position under the Trump Administration is a polite way of saying goodbye to Lynch.

    The President has the authority to nominate a new AG and requires for Senate to confirm.

    Trump has already announced his Appointment of Jeff Sessions and if confirmed by Senate he will be replacing Lynch.
