    Business Hiring Illegals

I worked at a company that hires illegal immigrants. One of them thought that she had the right to just take over my life and throw important things of mine in the trash that I needed for the work. She was not a manager or boss.

One day I was there with an important customer. This illegal immigrant co-worker that only speaks a little bit of English called the customer dirty words in Spanish and she made up lies just because he was important to me. I tried to fix it, but he never came back. The co-worker made up jokes about what she did and she laughed and laughed.

I went to the legal American managers to discipline her, but she told them that she didn't do nothing and she made up a false story that I assaulted her. All the managers care about is protecting their illegal workers, so they told her that she didn't do anything wrong when she made up those lies and they felt sorry for her. They promoted her and she became a manager even though she broke the company rules and lost a customer.

They lost many more customers after that and they're still losing them, but they still only care more about hiring illegal workers than they care about any of their customers.

This is why I'm trying to do something about companies that promote illegal workers who break laws and rules, hurt customers, and just laugh.

Welcome and if you are an upset legal Latino you are far from alone on here. Bienvenido
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Here are various sources for reporting illegal aliens and their employers online:

    1. http://www.reportillegals.com/

    2. http://www.americanpatrol.com/ADMINISTR ... egals.html

    3. ALIPAC's page on reporting illegal alien activity:
    http://www.alipac.us/content-20.html
How To Report illegal aliens, illegal immigrants, employers that hire illegal aliens, smugglers, human trafficking, and immigrant gang activity.

Please keep in mind that these resources and contact numbers are NOT complaint lines (Save your complaints for law makers). You should only use these numbers to report suspected criminal situations. Most of these agencies offer bilingual services and allow you to make reports confidentially or anonymously. You can use these resources to report illegal aliens, report employers that hire illegal aliens, report illegal border crossings, report document and tax fraud, and other legal issues. Keep in mind that most of our immigration enforcement agencies are under staffed and under funded. Please share with us your experiences and follow up on cases you report. One of ALIPAC's goals is to increase the political will and support from Congress for our immigration enforcement officers.

Note: Please gather as much information as possible before calling in a report. Depending on the nature of your report, you should gather as many accurate names, addresses, phone numbers, and details such as vehicle tag numbers etc... before you call. You should also make notes on times and dates of events and have this information in hand.

YOU SHOULD ONLY FILE A REPORT IF YOU HAVE SOLID EVIDENCE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

Issues relating to the employment of illegal labor, identity theft problems, and other business issues should be reported to nation and local BBB offices. A business that intentionally hires illegals is not a good neighbor.

    Local and State Law Enforcement
Contact information for your local and state law enforcement agencies should be listed in your local phone book. These agencies understand the local crime patterns and can provide great assistance to you. These agencies should be encouraged to do as much as they can to make sure illegal aliens that are arrested for crimes are then processed by ICE. Cracking down on illegal immigration reduces crime rates in areas where local police have taken action. These websites might help you in your search.

Some organizations offer to help you report illegal aliens. Please let us know if we should add to this list or how helpful they were.

Juan Mann's (VDARE) 2005 Update on Reporting Illegal Aliens.

Local Numbers to Report Employers of illegal labor or illegal aliens

These are the numbers to call to report employers you suspect are hiring illegal immigrants. You may also report immigrants themselves if you believe they are in the country illegally, whether they are working or not.

You should have the address of each suspected violator at a minimum, and as much additional information as you can obtain. The more information you provide the INS the more likely it is they will take action and the faster it will be taken.

    ================================================== =====

    State revenue departments:

These are usually more active than the IRS is in investigating reports of employers hiring illegal immigrants off the books, and paying cash, etc. A lot of good work can be done by calling these guys, although they will not arrest the immigrants themselves. Being good bureaucrats they will often file tax bills against them which puts them in all kinds of future legal jeopardy, prevents them from becoming citizens until they pay, etc. Plus it's so easy to just call or email a complaint against these construction and lawn care companies.

Both small and large businesses are equally notorious in the hiring of ILLEGAL aliens to avoid paying fair wages to its workers and to criminally evade the collection and payment of payroll taxes. Whether the business hires one ILLEGAL alien or several hundred, ICE and IRS want to know about it.

It is not required to provide your identity to ICE. All that is necessary to request an investigation by ICE is “mere suspicionâ€

Thanks for the resources. We need more people to do the right thing and help these agencies and work for them since they are under funded and under staffed.

Save your energy and show your power with your vote. Now you know what happens when you put Democrats in office.

I have done all the phone calls and the illegal alien has laugh on my face and told me all of his rights after trying to used me to get his green card. Currently I pay all my legal fees while his are pay by the Texas Attorney General's office.
