    C-SPAN - Commerce undersecretary bombarded by SPP questions

    On now, undersecretary for commerce is getting lots of questions about SPP and NAFTA superhighway.

    Why is the undersecretary answering question now? He should have been briefing Congress and the American people two years ago. Not now.
