    Illegal "Immigration Services" in Alabama

Basically, the reason we have so much illegal immigration in our country is that there are those who stand to profit from it.

Now, of course we all know that corrupt businesses are willing to make use of low-cost, off-the-books workers that are illegally present in our communities.

But they can only receive those workers because of the two-headed snake that operates in defiance of the law to (1)get the illegal workers here and (2)keep them here.

We've heard a lot about the 1st head of the two-headed snake: "El Coyote" --the Criminal Abroad-- the smuggler who brings people across our borders ILLEGALLY. He exploits desperate Mexicans to make a living, he illegally provides services to Mexicans to get them across our borders, he may commit fraud against U.S. Border Officials to obtain passage across our borders, and is not subject to background checks or regulation to protect his customer's safety. "El Coyote" could be ARRESTED TODAY if the Federal Government officials charged with enforcement could be persuaded and/or equipped and funded to do their jobs.

However, it boggles my mind that in my home state of Alabama absolutely NOTHING is being done to cut off the 2nd head of the two-headed snake: "EL NOTARIO!"

"EL NOTARIO" is the Domestic Criminal that sets up shop in our communities and neighborhoods to help illegal aliens get papers, identification and documents they can use while they are here to get employment, housing, banking services and medical care, often at the expense of hard-working American taxpayers.

"EL NOTARIO" is not an attorney or any kind of reputable licensed professional who is subject to government regulation to assure that he follows our laws and refrains from fraud; rather he is a pretender and a fraud. He has no qualifications or credentials other than perhaps the nearly meaningless position of being a "notary public" (which only means that a person can be a witness to verify which person signed a particular document, nothing more). But "EL NOTARIO" fools his customers by using a similar sounding Spanish word to refer to his business practice: "notario" (which is a word for licensed attorneys in Latino countries). "EL NOTARIO" is a liar and a fraud.

"EL NOTARIO" operates in our communities holding himself out as a legal advisor and a provider of identification documents. But so many times the documents he gives them are fake or the "NOTARIO" advises immigrants how to lie and commit fraud on our local, state and federal governments to get certain benefits.

There is a law already on the STATE LAW BOOKS that would allow our local officials here in Alabama to ARREST "EL NOTARIO" TODAY!!!!, but our State Attorney General Troy King and the local District Attorneys won't lift a finger to ENFORCE THE STATE LAWS that would make a huge difference in our local illegal immigration problems.

If "EL NOTARIO" can go to jail today if local officials would simply start arresting and prosecuting him for "Unauthorized Practice of Law." I know it may sound silly-- but keep in mind that even though Al Capone was a murderer many times over the only way the Untouchables could get him off the streets was to charge him with a tax crime. We need to do whatever WORKS to stop the resources that feed the illegal alien lifestyle.

Local officials are not allowed to round up all the illegal aliens but if they would just round up all the "notarios" then the illegal aliens would not be able to live in our communities so easily and comfortably-- they would have to find some other town, city or state to live in-- or go back to their home country where they are legally allowed to live and work.

"EL NOTARIO" exploits desperate Mexicans to make a living, he illegally provides services to Mexicans to obtain identity or immigration documents, he may commit fraud against U.S. government offices to obtain identity documents or immigration papers, and is not subject to background checks or regulation to protect his customer's safety. "El Notario" could be ARRESTED TODAY under existing "Unauthorized Practice of Law" statutes if Alabama Attorney General Troy King and local District Attorneys would DO THEIR JOBS!

If you live in Alabama, please, please call the offices of Attorney General Troy King and local District Attorneys and DEMAND that they arrest and prosecute "notarios" under the "Unauthorized Practice of Law" statutes NOW!

Illegal "Immigration Services" have become a cottage industry in our once peaceful and respectable Alabama communities. IT NEEDS TO STOP.

I would appreciate if any other users have experience in getting your state officials to act on shutting down these illegal shops that produce IDs and immigration documents for illegals.

As you can see mostly what I know is how to be disappointed in the people who are supposed to do something about this.

If you know how to succeed in this please tell me how not to "re-invent the wheel"

    Thanks

Welcome Alabamian. We all try to do our part in this corrupt system. I am constantly disappointed in every aspect of our pathetic government and it's high and mighty rulers who have forgotten about the rest of us.

This is not an area I am familiar with.

    Thanks for the welcome alisab.

I know that immigrant document mills in Atlanta were shut down last year and by searching on the internet I see that some big ones were shut down in Texas.

Here in Alabama most of our politicians are conservative or at least they understand they have a conservative voter base-- and there's been a bunch of noise about the Governor's "Joint Patriotic Commission on Immigration" where both sides of the issue get in the same room and disagree on everything in a quaint little performance for the media-- and then they don't actually DO ANYTHING.

But the "conservative" politicians give the excuse that they are constitutionally powerless to do anything about immigration as it is a "federal" issue.

But here's something they can use STATE LAW to enforce something HERE AND NOW.

I just don't understand why other states would enforce their state law and Alabama WON'T enforce ours.

Alabama is the buckle of the "Bible Belt." Why aren't we standing up for what is right and good?

Are there any other people from Alabama on these boards?

Being from Texas, don't ask me how you get your state or local governments to do what is right. I just don't understand it.

But now there is a third head to that snake - it's us.

Where do the employers get the money to pay these illegals? From us.

Without our money they couldn't hire the illgeals, they couldn't pay off the politicians and the fake document crowd would have no customers.

The weapon is right in our own wallets - and someday we will wake up and understand that the politicians - for smalltown LE to the PResident of this country has no intention of enforcing laws or sending them home.

Surely we can see that -

We have been successful on the State level here with passing laws such as those against providing public benefits - but they are not enforced and/or compliance is not even checked.

But we have been more successful on a local level - county and city - by showing up at Commission meetings month after month - pictures and stats. They eventually got tired and embarrassed. The meetings are on local TV which is available on line.

When they have to look at you face to face, at least every month and sometimes more, and we all know we are right, the results are much better.

I would suggest first of all contacting Jeff Sessions' office. Man, I love that guy. I even donated to his campaign and have never, ever lived there. Sent him pictures of my two grandchildren who were born in AL and thanked him for his wonderful lead against that horrible amnesty bill. Sent my two traitor senators pictures of my grandchildren, a copy of my letter to Sessions and of course no money. :P

We have succeeded so far in the determination that a business license is a public benefit and anyone who applies for a license must have proof of legal residence. Everyone in the county must have a business license, and must also have proof of legal residence for drivers' licenses and vehicle registration.

Good luck Alabamian. My grandchildren are smart, beautiful and talented. Which is why my part time job is fighting illegal immigration.

Is there ANY way to do something about the CHARITIES who AID and ABET ILLEGAL immigration?! I heard about a St. Vincent de Paul Society in Arizona that was helping illegals to DISAPPEAR into the GENERAL population. Catholic Charities has been doing the SAME for YEARS here in Dallas, TX! Which is WHY I NO LONGER donate money to the Catholic Church.

There are a few state senators here in Alabama that are willing to take a stand, like Hank Erwin. And there was some other State Senator Beeson who had a bill last year to make the Alabama Unauthorized Practice laws even tougher--

Senator Beeson even had the guts to have his bill strong enough to take away the state "tax-exempt" status from any charities or liberal churches that let their employees or volunteers commit Unauthorized Practice of Law on their premises or as part of their job. We need more MEN OF GOD like him-- with an ACTUAL SPINE!!!

Fear of losing tax exempt status is what keeps so many (allegedly) Bible- believing Churches from taking a stand against all these federally funded abortionists who KILL UNBORN CHILDREN every day. Fear of losing tax exempt status can be used against liberal churches like the Catholic Church so they too will lose their desire to continue their activities helping illegals -- especially their work in helping them get documents and ID papers that they are not entitled to.

Senator Beeson and Senator Hank Erwin need more support-- I don't know why more Alabama CITIZENS don't love their homes and communities to stand up for what is right and JOIN THIS FIGHT.

And there is another problem, too--

It's ALREADY ILLEGAL for "El Notario" to ply his detestable trade to supply Mexicans with immigration papers and ID documents (even in the liberal churches or local "multicultural centers"), but it's no good if law enforcement won't ENFORCE THE LAW!!!

Prosecutors and District Attorneys say they don't bother with these cases because they are "LOW LEVEL RADIATION"-- they are convinced that the PEOPLE OF ALABAMA DON'T CARE whether the Unauthorized Practice of Law statutes get used to prosecute the document mills that operate OPENLY in our communities!!!

HOW can we get concerned citizens to call and call and call the Alabama Attorney General and all the local District Attorneys? Where are the protests? Where is the outrage???

Letting "El Notario" continue to ply his detestable trade is the same thing as letting a smuggler live in the house next door to you and your children.

WHERE are the concerned people of ALabama!?!?
