Heard recently that CA has been in violation of federal law for years due to a law Clinton signed making the states stop paying welfare after 5 yrs but this state has never followed it. After schooling, welfare is the largest part of our budget. Gee, you think that might be a place to start????

Arnies too busy cutting school budgets and enlarging prisons also. Its infuriating how backwards and wrong this once beautiful state is run. I'm a native Californian and would be willing to make sacrifices to get outta here, but it just isn't possible right now. If I had only myself to think about, I'd have already been gone...

I am a native California, also. With all of Arnies money maybe he can give his millions up, to help illegals. Afterall that would be spreading the wealth.
