    ''Denial of public benefits for persons who cannot verify lawful presence.Denial of standard birth certificate for children of undocumented parents''.I have a few copies of this petition and have been passing it around for signatures.California has been taking on water in a rudderless state for far to long,hopefully with this petition and a prayer or two this will pass!

    Good luck, can you do some phone calling from a 'republican data base? Haha, but you never know. Anything to TRY to push it through, although it will take a few years of court battles.

    Require all 3,000 Employment Security Commission in the nation to E-Verify all I-9 forms and Social Security Numbers.
