    California's Inconvenient Truth About the Prison Crisis

    <img src=http://www.nationalvanguard.org/images/teaser/mexicans%20invading.jpg>

    California Governor Schwarzenegger thought he had devised a plan for dealing with the state's prison crisis. The plan was to relieve the awful overcrowding by renting prison space in other states.

    Unfortunately, Schwarzenegger's plan went down in flames as a result of a judge who found the plan to be illegal. Thus the interests of the people are once again subordinated to corrupt unions and activist judges.

    But maybe the governor should focus on illegal aliens who make up about 30 percent of the prison population.

    Several options seem to be available:

    * Force Mexico or other country of origin to reimburse California for the cost of incarcerating those here illegally;

    * Immediately deport illegal aliens not guilty of violent crimes; and

    * For inmates on death row, expedite their cases for early execution.

    Unfortunately, politicians from both political parties are too concerned with the Hispanic vote to do what is best for America.

    How much longer can America ignore rule of law and common sense in order to placate a growing voting block? Must we allow these people to destroy our American way of life and values in exchange for cheap labor and votes?

    They could also release the 2500 or so inmates currently incarcerated that went in on the bogus 3X rule who were NOT violent offenders.

    About 450 inmates were still transferred out of state on a voluntary basis.

    Ahnold's vision of prison reform is to build more prisons.

    The CDC union is one of the most corrupt and political.
