Call the Mexican Consulate!
Call your nearest mexican consulate. See how they like it if the tables are turned.
Claim that you are an American citizen and you are planning on illegally entering mexico and working there. Say that you are poor and can't afford much and you'd like to know where you can get social services and healthcare provided in English. If they tell you you can't do that yell racism and human rights. Ask what kind of phoney documents you should get before going there so you'll be ready to start getting every kind of social service possible. And your kids Billy and Susie don't know a word of Spanish and they'll need free ssl (esl), and free lunches at the free "escuela".
or
Claim you have a brother who is illegally working and living in Mexico and you want amnesty for him and demand Mexican citizenship. Yell racism and the rest of the things the open borders crowd does.
It would be great if you could record these calls. Don't call from your house (use a payphone with a calling card or something like that. you should be able to find a $2 calling card.).Free Ramos and Compean NOW!

GREAT IDEA!!!!
Make sure you tell them you want 12 years of free public education for your children, because that's what their kids get here.

You know, just call them and ask them questions. Tourist type stuff and have at least two or three questions ready to ask. The longer you keep them tied up on the phone the less effective they will be.
