    Campaign for stipulations to CA stimulus funds?

    MSM is finally, albeit slowly, beginning to acknowledge California's large population of illegal immigrants straining the state budget. With CA possibly in a position to receive higher proportions of U.S. taxpayer-funded bailout money, should we organize a campaign to lobby CA state legislators to include stipulations in their disbursement of funds so as to not further benefit illegals?

    I am sorry for the legal citizens of California, perhaps something could be formed to help them relocate.
