Can anyone answer a couple questions?
Just want to stay on top of things:
1. What is the latest with little miss illegal whinner that was (is) hiding out in a Chicago church (haven't heard anything in a couple days)?
2. Are the six thousand NG unites stationed at the border as promised? Last I heard they weren't all there.
3. How is the Minuteman border fence project going, are they still building?
Thanks for keeping me updated."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

MW, I was thinking the same thing, things have been quiet since she said she was going to send her kid to the conference in LA. The conference in LA was also kept pretty much under wraps as well.

I couldn't find anything more recent but here's one article dated Sept. 14 .... it's not good.

Remember that lawsuit claiming the government was violating Saul's rights?
The government’s motion to dismiss said that since Saul is not being deported, his rights are not at stake.
Here's what's even worse:
Meanwhile a family that belongs to La Familia Latina Unida will travel to Geneva, Switzerland this month to speak at a United Nations conference on the rights of the child. And Saul, who has spent his time at the church playing with action figures and video games and watching his mother do interviews, is attending the National Latino Congress in Los Angeles to speak about their situation.
Duly noted is that this wasn't plastered all over the news. (Enter sarcastic tone here) Gee, wonder why.I don't care what you call me, so long as you call me AMERICAN.

If Elvira wins - it will set up the precedent for the rest of them - and what is this story about the child - this was her decision to have a child - if she could not give the child security of the legal status - then why did she do it ?
So America can be resposible now for her , the child , all her family and relatives as well as the rest of 20 million illegals who will be very happy if Elvira would be allowed to stay here .
They are using her as a detonator - this is the purpose of her

I went online and looked at the photos of Elvira and her son - I really feel very sorry for them and I understand that this is a heart-breaking situation for her after so many years
- but why did she have to assume that this is someone else's responsibility to pay for her wrong-doing .
If someone steals and steals all the time - they can get away 100-200 times , but in the end they will be caught - so it is not fair to complain - "how come , I could steal 200 times and I was not caught , this is wrong that I am caught now "
I think shse should take this as an adult person and try to make the best out of her and her son's life , utilizing all the knowledge which she got while living here for the benefit of her country and her family .
After all , she did not even bother to learn English after 9 years of living here ." Do not compromise yourself . You are all you've got ." -Janice Joplin .

What really angers me about Elvira is that she came in illegally not only once, but TWICE! She was deported first, then re-entered which makes her a felon. She then goes on to obtain forged documents, of which she has been convicted, then has an anchor baby. After all of this, she managed to have several private bills introduced on her behalf so that she and her son could stay in the US. After YEARS of this, she finally exhausts all her excuses for manipulating our system, completely wears out her welcome, and is ordered to be deported (once again). I am not hard-hearted, and there are those for whom I can feel some compassion, but she IS NOT one of them.
Of course the UN is interested in hearing her story. Would anyone expect anything less from the anti-American UN? As I said before, the open borders people KNOW they don't have a leg to stand on legally. They must move the debate from one of rule of law, national sovereignty and security, to one of "human rights." That's where they are going with this whole subject. Not only that, but if it is going into the UN forum, this could have global ramifications. If this issue can really be redefined as one of human rights (if one is poor and destitute one has the right to migrate to a wealthier country and that country has the obligation to accept them), it might affect the immigration policies of other developed nations.
I noticed that there is no more activity on Elvira's blog. Also noticed the links on her blog--a bunch of Marxist/Socialist ones. Big surprise there, too.

I've had enough of the bleeding heart BS and I am sick of people making fools out of us. For them our kindness is the equivalent of weakness and a reason to trample all over us and our silly notion that everyone with two legs is HUMAN and will behave accordingly.
