Despite the implication of some, states do not have the authority to refuse to accept refugees that are admitted by the federal government. The Refugee Act of 1980 authorizes the president to admit refugees who face persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. This Act also creates the Federal Refugee Resettlement Program to provide for the effective resettlement of refugees and to assist them to achieve economic self-sufficiency as quickly as possible after arrival in the United States. The resettlement process is federally-driven and federally-funded.

And where has the good Governor confirmed that Congress had a delegated power to adopt "The Refugee Act of 1980"?

It appears the good Governor supposes a statutory law is superior to the Constitution which was designed to control and limit Congress' authorized powers. Indeed, the good Governor's contention assumes, ”the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves.”___ quoting Hamilton inFederalist No 78.

"If the Constitution was ratified under the belief, sedulously propagated on all sides, that such protection was afforded, would it not now be a fraud upon the whole people to give a different construction to its powers?"

Proof Tom Wolf is not competent to be Governor of the state of Pennsylvania or serve in any other government capacity.

FoxNews not so "fair and balanced" when it comes to our Constitution's intent

It is very telling that not one personality at FoxNews, which has repeatedly asserted over the years that our federal government has exclusive power over immigration, has yet to point to the wording in our Constitution under which the president or Congress has been granted a power to flood a state with unwanted "refugees" or the tens of millions of poverty stricken poorly education and low skilled populations of Mexico and Central America.

The surest way for Obama to accomplish his fundamental transformation of America is to flood America with the poverty stricken and destitute populations of other countries.

Obama begs Supreme Court to intervene in Texas v. U.S., amnesty case

SEE: Obama’s Unilateral Immigration Amnesty Plan Gets to the Supreme Court

"On Friday, the U.S. Justice Department filed a 35-page petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review Texas v. U.S., the case filed by 26 states against President Obama’s immigration amnesty plan.

The government is appealing a preliminary injunction that stopped implementation of Obama’s amnesty plan, which was issued by a federal district court and upheld by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Nov. 9."
