If the Senate fails to reauthorize E-Verify this week before the session ends, the entire program will expire in November!



Senator Menendez (D-NJ) has placed a hold on the E-Verify bill and is trying to hijack it by insisting on an increase of over half a million visas for foreign workers next year. The House has already passed HR 6633, a "clean" E-Verify bill.
