Catholic Church in cahoots with illegal immigration?

*Did a search on Catholic Church and it doesn't appear that this article has been posted on here.
    -----------
The following article is written by two of the most educated writers about issues of faith and impact of the Catholic Church on our government and specifically their involvement in the Mexican Marxist National invasion of America.

Historical Documentation is excellent and provides irrefutable evidence to condemn the Catholic Church for overreaching involvement in American Government affairs and promotion of one world government. These writers have written a book that will become a valuable reference resource for those who want to understand this involvement.

Catholic Church in cahoots with government on illegal immigration

By John Fritz And Gayle E. Slaughter Posted on Mon, Aug. 13, 2007
Lexington Kentucky Herald Leader Pge A-12 Monday August 13,2007 Op-Ed

The Herald-Leader's article about Lexington Mayor Jim Newberry's Commission on Immigration shows more proof that the commission is stacked in favor of illegal immigrants.

Local officials downplay the impact to the taxpayer or pass the buck to the federal government. But the role of our churches in suborning our politicians to favor illegal immigrants is being ignored.

For example, the Roman Catholic Church was a major promoter of the "Si, Se Puede" rally for immigrant rights last year in downtown Lexington.

Lexington Bishop Ronald W. Gainer and then-Vice Mayor Mike Scanlon sat on a 20-foot mobile stage -- provided by the parks department -- with eight professional- quality amplifiers, and advocated comprehensive immigration reform. There was police security, and the entire courthouse plaza was cordoned off and overflowing with Hispanics.

Congress recently tabled the liberal immigration reform legislation because of an onslaught of opposition from the American people.

But President Bush is not the first chief executive to merge the interests of church and state in America. In the 42 years since Vatican II, all politicians have learned how to sanitize what amounts to a religious tax so we will accept it.

While John F. Kennedy was president, a then-secret alliance between the United States, the Vatican and ecumenical Protestants began work to insert the decrees of several papal encyclicals and Vatican II into domestic and foreign policy. One of the goals was to "change popular thinking" (doublespeak for "brainwashing") regarding papal prescriptions for social changes endorsed by ecumenical Protestants.

Pope John XXIII's 1963 encyclical, Pacem en Terris, was also enshrined in the church-state manifesto of Vatican II, decreeing open borders with "guest-like" status for all immigrants.

Kennedy described the encyclical as his counsel on public affairs, guiding domestic policies through the State Department and the National Security Council, and influencing foreign policies through the United Nations, including the unlimited right to migrate anywhere you choose.

Declassified government documents say the United States would work with the Papal Commission on Peace and Justice in Rome and through the World Council of Churches and the National Council of Churches in the United States to bring about the political reforms decreed in papal encyclicals that became part of Vatican II.

After decrying the "evil of unrestrained capitalism," the pope prescribed a "heavy burden" on citizens of "advanced nations" to fulfill the church's objective of taking care of the Third World.

The U.S. government interpreted the pope's words to mean paying taxes to help developing nations.

To raise such levies on the American people without an outcry, the government floated the concept of luxury or "sin" taxes but also put exorbitant taxes on necessities such as phone service and gasoline.

And local politicians learned how to sneak through more tax increases.

For example, then-Mayor Teresa Isaac, a Catholic, supported a special property tax to fund bus service so the city could eliminate the financial contribution to the system. The extra money left in the budget was welcome at the time the city was building the $5 million Farm Worker Health Care Center.

The city remains dedicated to serving Hispanic immigrants and their families, yet many citizens don't have adequate health insurance.

And our property taxes are used to pay for public schooling for the children of illegal immigrants.

The U.S. border crisis is the result of an unconstitutional and illegal alliance between church and state. Defending our borders will actually invoke the blessings of God, a position opposite that of the church.

Our government has established an official religion in direct violation of the establishment and freedom of religion clauses of the First Amendment, thereby unlawfully imposing a heavy burden on taxpayers who finance the cost of illegal immigrants.

Please get this book and read it. I did and it has some very valuable information regardless of your religious affiliation. It should be read by all Catholics who think the Church has been unfairly singled out for criticism. We must demand better of our Church leaders.
