    Thoughts about fence bill

I was wondering, since my hubby was in Az this summer with the guards, building fences....and other guard groups were at several other locations building fences.....WHY DID WE NEED A FENCE BILL?

They were already doing it....and will return next yr. to build some more.

There is not enough money in the federal budget to complete the job.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

We need to get the focus OFF of this damn fence ploy.

We need the focus ON "Which one of you lawmakers will enforce our existing immigration laws and say NO to the guest worker amnesty plan?"

All I know is that we are up the creek without a paddle. We better start paddling with something .......or we are going to lose our country. It's as simple as that.

God help us to have the insight to find the right people to lead our country and to keep us from becoming so divided that there is nothing left to keep the people in this country united together.

United we stand, divided we fall.

    Any questions ?

No questions but a thought - no a very strong belief.

We're not up the creek, LEGAL. We are paddling and we're moving forward. TAKE HEART! A few years ago this was hidden under the floor boards and barely a small group of us were aware.

NOW LOOK AROUND, LEGAL..........look at all the wonderful people who love this country. Look at the team of people we're working with. That ain't no small potatoes

We really are blessed.......I believe that with all my heart. Americans may be a bit lazy, they may sleep a little longer but oh my, when they wake up they're a force no one wants to reckon with!! That's why the only way the government and their players can get anywhere is to sneak and lie.

    WE'RE FIGHTERS -- it's in our Red/White/Blue blood

Now, I expect for you to smile and dance a jig quickly

Yes, there are plenty of laws already on the books to take care of most of this problem.

We have the employment laws, tax laws, laws against using fake ID's on the federal level. On the local level, we have driver's license laws, insurance laws, laws against receiving benefits based on fraudulent ID, drunk driving laws, zoning laws governing number of persons in a dwelling, and so many more. These are laws that are enforced against American citizens - why not illegals.

The fence issue is a ploy. I have heard estimates of 10 years to get this built - where will we be in 10 years. Farther up that creek.

I just saw a news story on a Dallas station about people bypassing the water meters and hooking up directly to the city water - and not paying for water.

I believe it was FW that had 50 last month. The reporters were only able to get two people to come to the door - both hispanic. The city is going to fine them a whopping $50!! - nothing more.

In most cities, your sewer and garbage service is also on the water bill - so these people are probably getting those services free also. My combined bill in a very small town in Texas is $85 - minimum. How much have these people stolen from the people of this nation just through this action alone?

Some meter reader has been walking that neighborhood and reading other meters - don't tell me he/she didn't realize people were living in those homes without paying the bill.

Once in Galveston, TExas, I saw a house that was obviously occupied - actually, I saw some people, but there were cars, children's toys, etc., in the yard. The house had one of those notices stapled on it stating not for habitation (not exact words). There was a huge piece of electrical wire, similar to that which is used for mobile homes running from a hole cut in the side of the house, about 4 food off the ground, over to a electrical pole, up that pole and connected to the electrical wires.

You know city workers, meter readers, policemen, mailmen, etc., passed that house on a daily basis - why wasn't it reported. Of course, I didn't report it either, but having sense enough to realize the city didn't want to know, it would have been a wasted call.

We have plenty of laws - we don't need more that will also be ignored - and while I don't have a problem with the fence, it is practically meaningless as things stand now.
