Is this the first time you have heard of the issue?

If its true, doesn't that push this issue(health and illegal) to the front?

Nope, it's been a problem for a LONG time. Illegal Aliens are pretty much part of every issue because had the person not been here <insert anything here> would not have happened.

To be honest, your energy would probably be better spent helping around here. I can't think of anything outside of misusing funds (and such) that would be worth wasting your time on, and that would be better left for an audit. They seem pretty open about their mission; they'll collect only "ideas" they agree with and demand our government do something about it.

I heard about something like this years ago, but since I never heard it mentioned again I thought it was BS...

You would think it would be headline news! I'm not old enough, but I have heard of stories about kids not able to swim due to the chance of polio in the water!!!
