The two links are for different advice brochures. The first from Grupos Beta which is a Mexican government endorsed volunteer group. The second is from SRE Mexico's Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores which oversees the consulates as well as their own internal immigration inspectors.

You might as well get the "Guia Migrante off the original source

    NoIllegalsAllowed,

Welcome to Alipac and your user name is almost as long as mine

I really like this idea of a guide for American citizens to try to illegally enter Mexico, not to mention an idea you gave in another post for USA citizens to try to obtain all these great welfare benefits our country gives out to non-citizens when they have the nerve to enter illegally and obtain only a Mexican Matricular ID - they often get free healthcare, housing, K-12 education for their illegal and/or anchor brats, sometimes in-state college tuition, food stamps, and don't forget the wonderful free room and board that provides exercise rooms, TVs (cable and movies included of course) and other benefits to those who come here, break our laws and are incarcerated, etc.

Even our own local libraries and some businesses are catering to them by publishing their native languages and customs in very prominent ways that let's the average legal Joe or Jane and their children know that they are now second class citizens, according the government, in this once great country. Oh, well, I guess they don't need us anymore to spend our money on them, support their businesses through our consumer dollars nor to pay our taxes so they have cushy government jobs. .

It must really be nice to go to a foreign country, freeload off their welfare system and the native's generosity (hey, in the USA, check out all the generous Churches' usual recipients or should I say moochers off the food pantries and clothing closets that are supposed to help our poor - not illegal aliens), and also take jobs away from its' citizens.

I'm really getting more and more over all this nonsense.

Again welcome, just wish the welcome could have been under more pleasant circumstances.
