Don't federal laws trump city laws when it comes to law enforcement? I think the feds should investigate the city of Chicago for violating federal laws.

WHEREAS, The City of Chicago, being a bunch of illegal alien pandering, scumbag politicians whose responsibility to Americans is less than they are beholden to big money special interests and ethno-centric based organizations, and

WHEREAS, The City of Chicago, now a third world emulating, corrupt banana municipality, cares more for cheap labor than for the lives of the people they are sworn to serve

BE IT RESOLVED, To tell the taxpayers and law abiding, legal residents of this city to GO TO HELL.
