I totally support an Executive Order to stop all enrollment of illegal aliens in any publicly funded school, college or university that uses federal funds or enjoys 501 C 3 tax exempt status which would include not-for-profit education facilities as well, because a 501 C 3 is through the tax exemption and tax deduction of donations relying upon federal tax dollars paid by someone else to make up for the tax loss.

It would of course face an injunction, and 1000 or more lawsuits. However I believe in this instance the US Supreme Court might consider overturning Plyler vs Doe. It would be much better if Congress passes legislation forbidding the use of federal funds to educate any person in our country in violation of US immigration law.

YES. No public taxpayer funded schools to illegal immigrants.

And anyone who cannot read, write and speak English should NOT be placed into our classrooms until they can. Whether they are a refugee, asylum or legal citizen.

Stop forcing taxpayers to foot the bill for ESL classes and stop holding our children back because of this failed policy!

They can go attend English Only Classes until they are up to speed.

I disagree with you

Trump already signed EO putting the DOE back to the states and now the states are responsible
for all matters of public education. Including financially and safety.

Without federal funding, the states will be forced to take a hard look at the cost and financial burden
in educating illegal aliens and may go back to requiring proof of citizenship for new students to enroll.

The education of illegal aliens is now a separate issue on a Federal level and the President has the
authority to deny immigrants illegally in the country from receiving taxpayer benfits

You may be right about that. I didn't know his DOE Executive Order canceled federal funding for public education.

Unfortunately, they will FORCE higher property taxes, soda taxes etc to pay for this overload of anchor babies being schooled with NOT ONE CITIZEN PARENT! AND SCHOOL THE CENTRAL AMERICAN "FEAR" VICTIMS SUCH AS THE 2 RAPISTS IN MARYLAND TOO.

The new problem is the central american UACs. There are tens of thousands of central american "children" such as these 2 RAPISTS BEING EDUCATED AND BIG MONTHLY CHECKS DEPOSITED IN THEIR SPONSORS BANK ACCOUNT - THEY LIVED WITH SOMEONE - WHO OKD THIS - FROM OBAMA ON DOWN TO THIS DISTRICT IN MARYLAND because this is happening all across America and has nothing to do with DACA - this is a different and even more dangerous program with accompanying "refugee status" that must be rescinded and there is no talk of doing that yet. This is a new explosion of danger just starting to surface to our children.

Turkey does not provide the war torn refugees' children schooling for a reason - like don't get comfortable, we are not paying for that.

Tried that in California and the 9th Circuit Court shut us down.
