What happens when a criminal who seeks and receives sanctuary in a church in order to escape prosecution eventually leaves the church?

    Good-bye, sanctuary.

    Hello, real world.

The soap opera of a woman named Elvira who repeatedly snuck into our country in order to take a job and defy immigration laws is like an episode right out of “The Twilight Zone.â€

You know, I've seen this crap time and time again. This "minister" should MOD EDIT.

I'm SICK to DEATH of the constant exploitation of RELIGION and the INTENTIONAL misinterpretation of bible quotes to meet the current need of said "ministers".

SICK OF IT!! Let's look at Romans 13, a passage often referred to in the "clergy is part of the martial law roundup" issue that's perportedly going on behind the scenes:

    Romans 13
    Submission to the Authorities
1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. 6This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. 7Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.
How is it, then, that this PIECE OF FILTH who calls himself a MINISTER, a servant of the Christian God, how on earth does he justify HARBORING, AIDING AND ABETTING, AND PROVIDING COMFORT TO A FUGITIVE FROM THE LAW?!?!?

Sick of it. Sick to DEATH of it. If this "servant of God" wants to break the laws of OUR land in order to provide shelter and to help this fugitive from justice continue to evade capture, then he should do the prison time for the felonies he's committing as well.

Romans 13, Minister Felonious Hypocrite Lawbreaker Sr.. Pay attention to it, and obey the word of YOUR GOD. Submit to the authorities like a good servant and quit jerking around the people of this land. Pay your dues for breaking our laws. Serve as an example.

What these "men of god" forget is that they are still Americans! They need to follow and respect our laws!!! Them aiding and abetting these criminals make them just as bad as them!!! You can't harbor a murder and say I was protecting him from the police now can you? No and they shouldn't get away with it!!!

Anyone remember the Elian Gonzales story? This is the same story happening all over again, but with Elian, they actually deported him on national TV at an attempt to pull heart strings. It may have worked then, but this time I doubt Elvira will get the same results.

I remember that! His father back home wanted him with him, but other "family" members wanted him here in the US... He came over on a floating tire or something with a few others...

Elvira, the media whore, should be deported right now along with her son. I believe that if an illegal alien has a baby on American soil, that baby should NOT have a free pass to citizenship. As for the pastor, he should be arrested as well for harboring that illegal.
